“Sam came out to look at our garage roof as it was leaking and the appearance was looking tatty. He gave a really competitive price to do the work and gave honest advice on what to do and not to do as the job wasn't that straightforward.

Sam turned up on time to carry out the work, kept me up to date with the progress and worked really hard in this cold weather to get the job done. He took his time to ensure it was done properly and not rush to complete it, as it took a little longer than he originally anticipated.

Sam literally built a whole new roof that now allows the water to drain off correctly and not leave puddles sitting on the top. The front has been nicely cladded up and looks fantastic.

Sam also fitted some new roof verge caps for us which really finishes the job off nicely.

“Lost an end tile in the recent storm and contacted several roofers. Sam was the only one who could come and look. Unfortunately, being such a high pitch it needed scaffolding.

Sam arranged for the scaffolders and kept me updated with the developments and replaced the guttering and tiles.

Recently we had a leak, but upon investigation Sam found there to be big issues within our roof, sorted within 2 days of the call, including scaffolding going up.

The roof was in a sorry state underneath, we were so unaware of the severity.

All felt, timber, lead around the chimney and ridge tiles changed.

Sam is a guy who goes above and beyond, who takes care and pride in his work.

Sam has done numerous jobs now for us from dry verge front and back, fixed and re-pointing front and back the courses above the flat roofs where leaking in, re-pointing the chimney pot and cleaning out gutters.

Sam is very considerate, tidy and very reasonable with pricing.

“I woke to a leak in a bedroom last week. Sam came out the same day and assessed it for me.

Within a week the scaffolding was up and a new course of felt, guttering and eave protection system was in place.

A few days later he came back and removed a chimney for me.

Sam and his team are polite, professional and just crack on with the job at hand. Very neat and tidy too.

As soon as the work was all finished the scaffolding was taken down the same day, unlike some companies!
