This policy explains what happens to the information you give S R Property Maintenance when you get in touch about work at your property.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. That is usually your name, your phone number, the address or area of the property, a description of the work and any photos you send. We do not run a contact form on this website and we do not ask for payment details online.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, quote for the work, arrange a visit and carry out the job. We do not sell your information or pass it to third parties for marketing.
WhatsApp and phone calls
Enquiries sent by WhatsApp are held in the WhatsApp conversation on our phone and are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, which are outside our control. Phone enquiries are noted only as needed to quote and complete the work.
Photographs of completed work
We may photograph work we have carried out to show as examples. Photographs are of the work itself and are not published with customer names or exact addresses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages and job records are kept only for as long as they are useful for the work, warranty questions and our own records, and are deleted after that.
Your rights
